From what I've seen, yes.
Rouens are much bigger than mallards usually too.
Yours look like mallards to me. They're adorable.

Thanks! My kids insisted on those 2 I had to get the brown one because it was the only one like it in either bin. And we’ll the yellows we would have taken them all! They were so full of personality today.
