You are awesome! I could spend hours watching my chickens. I am glad I am not the only one...

Today I had to go to the feed store to get some Stallion pellets. My local livestock store has no fun chicken stuff in it usually but today they had chicken treatballs. I have pics..

Also, a favourite Japanese rooster died yesterday.. I cuddled him, carried him around and rubbed his waddles until the very end. He died with his little beak tucked in like he was sleeping. I bawled! I have a little pet cemetery so I did the "deed" earlier. I am always okay until I need to cover them with dirt. I don't want to cover such a pretty chicken with dirt!. So went back to the coop and covered him with a bit of clean shavings and then the dirt. I will post a pic of him as a memory.

Here is my vary strange ZooZoo.. She hates going outside, non stop chatters to me and always in my feet.

And my poor Squeaker.. RIP

I put some colourful herbs on his grave as there were no flowers... Darn deer!

The chickens kept in factories are probably planning an escape from the factory to your coop as I post this.

Thanks. He was awesome.. In the summer he would hang out on your arm on the deck. He was nice to the ladies and rarely crowed.
