I think that's ALL Silkies...no need to select for broodiness...they just do it...constantly.

my 4 month old has been sitting on a Barred Rock chick... and now that the chick is over half the size of the Silkie... well, she still sits on her --- somehow... I say it's inherent.

where are you and are you looking for any color in particular? that will be helpful for sellers. and how many do you want?

any color would be fine, I know in general they are the most reliable sitters. In the past I knew some exotic pheasant breeders that had developed strains of silkies that could hatch a golf ball. I would like 25-50 or so straight run day olds. Thanks
