Hello all! I've never had quail and am ready to get started. Does anyone have 10-12 adult jumbo hens at the start of their laying they'd like to sell?

With there being a serious threat from Avian Influenza at this time I would avoid bringing any live birds to my farm. There is a link in my signature with more info.

Thank you for the heads up! I had not heard about this as a current local problem. I'll do a little more research on the issue.

IIRC there has been confirmed case in Washington state. The disease is currently being spread by wild birds coming down from Canada so it's sort of the entire country's problem. If confirmed on a farm, the farm is placed under mandatory quarantine depopulated.
