6 day old chick with internally rotated leg

I have a chick that is with her mom. I finally saw her come out from under her today and she’s stumbling about. I noticed that her right leg looks to be internally rotated a bit so she’s not able to walk properly. I’m not sure if she just can’t put even weight on it or if it doesn’t function in extension. Either way…is there anything I can do?

We were able to use a rubber band, not tight, from one leg to the other , to gently and slowly pull the outward leg in. It took time ( a few weeks) and a close watch on the chick, but she is running around with the big girls now.
On another note, it worked on one, but not the other 2. Different clutches, more than a year apart.
