Greetings.
My first couple butchers were rough!! My wife and I have it down a little better now, and would be willing to host another chickener or two to teach them how to slaughter, and process their first couple birds.
We are located in Eustis Florida. We do everything at home. And it is fairly rustic by modern standards. Please respond to this post, or PM if you are interested. We will be doing 10-12 birds that morning, and encourage you to bring a bird or two.
