I have 2 Blue Swedish girls, about 2 years old, but only get about 1 egg a day. Not sure who isn’t laying, but I’d like to be getting more eggs every day.

Does someone have a lonely duck, or maybe a pair that need rehomed? Open to all breeds, but no drakes. Happily willing to pay a rehoming fee. Open to older girls that maybe are not laying great, but get a few extras a week.

My birds are loved and happy, so long as I don’t pick them up. Secured well at night to keep them safe, and have a good sized yard to forage, plus garden scraps all season long.

1 egg a day sounds about right for two sweeds. 150-180 a year per duck. And that's prob on the higher end! I'm surprised you can have ducks in Portland, it's such a backwards town!

I have call ducklings for sale and have a friend returning to Washington (Longview area) in a couple weeks and I'm sure she could transport. I would require prepay so she's not worried about being stuck with the babies. See my ad... Call Ducklings for sale...

Keep in mind they won't be laying until late winter/early spring (ours started in November) and their eggs are a little smaller than a chicken egg but not much. Pretty comparable to small chicken eggs actually.

I have a female blue swedish about 8 weeks. For some reason she doesn't get along with my toulouse female and is mean to her. I'm not asking money for her...just a great home.
