hi
I have a bichon and puddle mix and he is looking for a place to live.
I am planning to marry in march and my girlfriend has allergy to dog.
He is tunning 4 in January 21. he is very friendly with kids and other dogs and cats.
I do not want to see him go but i have no other choice.
I am looking for responsible, warm hearted and gentle family who can love him and take care of him.
if you have any question please email me at [email protected].
thank you and happy new year!

Blessed,

Please rethink Rescue Groups. We just adopted two dogs from a rescue group, and yes, the fee was rather high ($200/each). Of course, they have been neutered, heartworm tested, brought up to date on their shots, microchipped, and had lived with someone for about 3 months, so she knew what their temperments and issues were. When you start adding up all the costs of the vet stuff already performed, you come out pretty close to what you spent on the adoption. People always think "free dog", but foget to add in all the costs they are going to have. One of the dogs we used to have was one that had been dumped on our property. After all the vet costs of neutering, shots and treatment for heartworm, it was much cheaper for us to adopt from the Rescue group. Good luck on finding the right pup for your family. There are lots of great doggies waiting for homes. I know you'll find one! (or maybe two, like we did

pet Shelters like the ASPCA....Humane Society etc. don't cost nearly what the rescues do, I've worked for both. At the shelter in NYC dogs are given clean bills of health....personality assessments etc. before they are rehomed for the best results. That and they relatively inexpensive to adopt. Pure breeds are the same price in my shelters. The ASPCA here in NYC is one og those featured on Animal Planet and they do an awesome job.

They also take back a dog which doesn't suit your home as expected without a problem.
I'd say city/town shelters are your very best bets overall.
Good luck!

Have you checked your local paper? My husband just made the comment today about how many FTGH ads there were for dogs and cats. Or, maybe you could put in an ad (give an email addy you set up for the ad for people to contact). Many people can no longer afford to keep their pets and would love for them to go to a loving home such as yours.

Not sure if your still looking for a dog but my wife and I have a Husky/Lab puppy that is about 11 weeks old. We were asking $300 for her but I would settle for $200 from you knowing that she would be loved for ever and around kids. We were going to keep her, but we already have two small dogs and a one year old daughter and just really don't have the time. if your interested please contact me we live only a short distance from Boston and I would love to know that she would be going to a home where she is going to get the love that she deserves.
