Wanted Brahma and Jersey Giant Chickens in Cambodia

Hi Does anyone on this forum know where I might get Brahma Chickens and/or Jersey Giants in Cambodia, or shipped to me in Cambodia?

Importing will be very difficult.
"To curb the spread of avian influenza, Cambodia created and implemented more stringent quality control and inspection of poultry imports. Certain imports are subject to quantitative restrictions and importers of these products are required to seek approval from relevant government ministries or technical agencies. Import permits or licenses are required from relevant government agencies depending on the nature and type of the imported commodity."
