Sorry, Nate, I just noticed you are NPIP, I am not yet certified, I have been waiting till I get my birds moved to my new place. I wish they would get that barn built! Anyway, I also notice you have some longcrowers, do you have any eggs to sell? So Have you tried Laura Haggerty? She has got the nicest buckeye hen I ever saw. One of the roos and the hen are from Dave Puthoff, BuckeyeDave at buckeyechickens.com, This is the same line that Jim's rooster came from. The other is from Chris McCary, He's not selling this year, but someone with his stock is, it on the buckeye thread. I can't remember his name right off.

I only have 4 Longcrowers, which I believe to be 2 pair. I got them in an order of chicks that I got from Sandhill. I got light sussex and longcrowers from them. They are all turning out very nicely.

I also have some Light sussex eggs from Greenfire Farm that I am going to be using for breeding, and only selecting the best of the best out of all of them. This year I am only breeding welsummers(largefowl and bantams).

As for now this year Im adding the Light Sussex and the Buckeyes to my flocks of breeders.
