I live in Show Low, AZ and am seeking a rooster. I would like a full size Americauna or Aricauna (or similar type breed) rooster. My husband finally said I could get one if I want to.. but it has to be between 3 days and 4 weeks of age. He wants me to raise it myself to give it the optimal chance of being friendly.
I additionally have 2 young pullets about 3 weeks old, and would like to introduce my new rooster to the rest of the flock with the other new additions... I find if I don't add everyone at the same time, feather pulling occurs.
I am willing to travel to heber, snowflake, taylor, pinetop, etc... for a very young Rooster....
