wanted....free NEWBORN kitten

okay, well it is my fault. the last time i posted something on here i was told i wasnt clear enough. this time i tried to make it clear, and it still back fires in my face!!!! all i want is a kitten, preferably one that was just weaned from mama for my daughter, ALTHOUGH it WILL be more of a family cat.

I have had fantastic luck with the Humane Society, craig's list and FreeCycle (some fc's don't allow pets, but some do, check your local one). I had a cat at around that age that I grew up with. Had him for a very long time. 14 years I believe. I'd have to ask my gram to be sure.

I grew up around cats and got my own on my (i think) 6th Bday. If its a family cat I don;t see the promblem!

I wish you good luck in your search. At the risk of sounding like I'm being a smart butt, let me give you a hand so you don't get more problems with other posters. Don't ask for a newborn kitten, especially in capitals as a newborn is exactly that (just come out of the mother). Rather ask for a JUST WEANED kitten so you get one that has just been taken away from mom & is ready to come home & be a wonderful new member of your family especially for your daughter as she grows. I hope you get a lovely kitten & it's a good idea to ask shelters or look on craigslist.

I currently have 3 out of four that are not spoken for. They are black and white. The mother is the best cat in the world! She is calico and has mickey mouse on her side, indoor cat that is a good mouser:eats the whole mouse. The father is black and white and his mother was calico. He is an indoor/outdoor cat and a good mouser. Both parents are very friendly. Pendleton, IN is a long way from LaGrange.

Ps: still have hens for sale: Rhode Island Red, Barred Rock, Black Australorpe pullets and Ameraucana pullets.

Definitely try craigslist or petfinder classifieds. Or freecycle!
