You bought a thermostat or thermometer? You also need a hygrometer...also gotta calibrate the 2...to make sure you get an accurate reading! How good is your time...and memory...I ask this to know if you need a turner or not...lol

i HATE turning eggs, but is there a cheaper way of getting a turner other than buying one?
or could i make some thing where i can turn them myself all at the same time without going and turning each individual egg.....this is also a feature that could be added later right?
is this really all i need (of course depending on what i use). if i use a refrigerator (full size) will i need two thermostats or will one be enough? id like to get one of those small fridges or a wine cooler....i have a mini fridge but i think its too small. if im gonna do this i want it to hold LOTS of eggs

what else will i need if i decide to go with a big styrofoam cooler? or a cupboard?

All you need is one thermoSTAT....that controls the heat...and turns it on and off...I have 4 thermometers/hygrometers to read temps and humidity....don't forget the fan...if you plan on having a circulated air...which I'd recommend....

great! ok ill order the fan too. lol...so i know this is a really stupid question, but will the thermostat make the heat or just control it? do i have to get a heat bulb too? and if so what would you recommend?

Shipping may be a little on the high side if I'd do that...LOL DH will never believe it broke because it is in our living room and very close to full of eggs...he keeps just as much eye on it as I do...haha! What is going on with your big one...?

wiring?? see i told you guys this was gonna get hard!!

either a large syrofoam cooler or an old med/small fridge/freezer
ive been looking on craigslist everyday for like two months and have yet to see a free one
it doesnt have to work right?
