What are these ‘Java Doves’ I’ve heard so much about?

It's a type of ringed neck dove basically. Bred for temperament (generally calm, easily trained), size (a bit smaller than the average ringed-neck), and color (the feathers on the neck have a slightly different texture, creating a white on white ring), dark eyes.
