Received 18 button quail eggs from AK Button Mama on Feb. 17th. They were well packaged and arrived unbroken. Of course if the post office had decided to deliver them on time I would have had them on the 14th. And I had a power outage of 24 hours during the middle of the incubation which resulted in a temperature drop to 50 degrees in the incubator. So of the 18 eggs I had five hatch with another two that were fully developed but just didn't make it out of the shell. Overall a not too bad outcome.

I bought 3 laying hens from ChickenWisperer. The hens are friendly, one has even became one of the dominant hens in my flock. It was a smooth, friendly transaction with quality birds.

Fantastic purchase experience from onthespot

I purchased 6 BBS Marans eggs from onthespot. She said that she would include extras, but I was so surprised when she sent 13 - that is more than double what I paid for! All those beautiful eggs got here today

They made it with no casualties, or even cracks. It was also one of the best packing jobs I have ever seen, and the box was almost twice the size I have had 2 dozen eggs shipped in! In fact, I am going to start using her packing method to ship my eggs, just as soon as I run out of my other supplies!

I received salmon faverolle eggs from Pasofino. They came quick, very well wrapped, even left an opening in each wrap so the egg could breathe. This is day 18, and I am seeing a possible 95-100% hatch. Thankyou, Pasofino, you're a real professional!

I ordered 6+ Porcelain d'Uccles from Gatekeeper. I asked for a specific ship date, but he needed to up my ship date by one week. To make up for this, in addition to the 6+ Por. d'Uccles he sent me several Dutch, Black Japanese and S. Sebrites for a total of 12 eggs! Anyone can send my order a wk early anytime if they're gonna include several free eggs! Not to mention, he doesn't want me to pay for the eggs until they hatch!!

Holy cow, I was thrilled about that being an added bonus! The eggs were well packed w/o any being broken. I'd definitely buy eggs from Gatekeeper again!

I've also ordered 6+ Serama eggs from kbbeale. She PM'd me and said that she wasn't sure if she'd have 6+ (might only have 5), but would add in a few Silkie eggs to make up for it. Well she just barely squeezed egg #6 from her hen when the eggs were to be shipped. She still sent me Silkie eggs though!

These eggs were well packed and arrived quickly.

I ordered 25 buckeye chicks from BuckeyeDave in addition to the eggs previously posted. He was supposed to send mine next week, but the person he was shipping to this week had 8 inches of snow with more on the way, so he contacted us to make a swap, so I got mine today, wednesday, all 28 of the 25 chicks

arrived active and alert. THANKS BUCKEYEDAVE!
