Wanted: Ringneck dove breeder in Pennsylvania

I have been looking for ringneck dove breeders for a while now with no success. If anyone here knows of dove breeders (or a shelter that has one) located in Pennsylvania, that would really be helpful. Also, if you know of any places that can ship me a dove for a reasonable price, that would be helpful as well. Thanks!
