Apparently I had a big raccoon visit last night. The live trap was tripped, on its side and ten feet from where it had been set.

Apparently I had a big raccoon visit last night. The live trap was tripped, on its side and ten feet from where it had been set.

We are waiting to see what appears out of no where to find shelter if the water comes up with this hurricane.
They still don't know what this thing is doing, (except intensifying ). It is starting to creep along and jump around. Those to the west of us don't seem too have much to worry about. We just wait for the next report from the hurricane hunters to see what crazy thing it did since the last report.
I don't like how close it is coming to the mouth of the river. That is actually our worst case situation. If a hurricane comes up the Mississippi river. It would make Katrina look like a kiddie wading pool. Pressure dropped 6mb in less than an hour and moving really slowly. (bad news)
My gut says this ain't gonna be good. Will be bring canoe in the house.
Worse yet Mom has decided to stay home. She has 2 men living with her, and is a little over a mile from us. Sorry for the length of this post and topic. I might be off computer for a few days, but am prepared and will be okay.
