I know, I know... I'm working on it. If I keep up the physical work that I was doing today, I should definitely be losing at least some, and I'm trying to cut back on the fat and portion sizes.

You need to go into your Preferences and turn off the alerts for reactions received. You can very easily check on your reactions received at anytime by clicking on your user name in the header and clicking on the number beside Reaction score or dropping down a little further and clicking on Reactions received.View attachment 2336628
