Yup, my antibiotics are already starting on me too, even though I eat a yogurt every day!. Melissa's going to town tomorrow, I'll have her pick me up a ginormous bottle of probiotics! I need some Vit C too come to think of it.

I have a true chicken story for you tonight.
Our Silkie bantam rooster Romeo and his "wife" Juliette (also a silkie) have adopted the 4 Isa Brown hens that live in an adjoining coop. I usually let Romeo and Juliette out in the morning to free range because their coop is very small. Every day they go next door and stand around the other coop door waiting for me to let the others out. That is usually after 2 in the afternoon. For the past couple of days Romeo has taken the 4 Isa Browns and Juliette to the far side of the property, but still within my line of sight, to forage. At precisely 5 PM he brings all of them back to the coop where Juliette sleeps for a drink of water. He leaves Juliette there and takes the other 4 back to their coop, makes sure they are inside then comes back to sleep with Juliette. It's funny to watch him try to mount the Isa Brown's because they are twice his size!
