I'll put my two cents in now that my brother and I have recently purchased Delawares then I'll have to say Delawares.
But I also like RIRs, BAs, BRs, NHs, and I just love my GSLs probably the most docile chickens I've ever owned with a very few exceptional pet chickens that were/are handled like a puppy or cats.
