He he -welcome to BYC. It seems you have been warned about the chicken math. I thought I just wanted 3-4 chickens when I got started in March. I currently have 7 chickens, 2 more on the way and 20 eggs in the incubator. But, it is so much fun. You have found a good group of really knowledgable and helpful people. Good lck!​
