Warm Enough To Go Outside?

I am in Pa and my chicks (about the same age as yours) just went outside last night, but I put a heat lamp in with them, I figured better safe than sorry. Its 40's and 30's here.

It's dicey this time of year 73 today, rain/snow forecast for tomorrow night !

It's still in the 30's at night, I may have to resort to heating the girls. They need more ROOM!
