I am trying to figure out why my chicken died to hopefully prevent the others from dying and was about to do an at home necropsy when I saw this in her mouth. Is this normal? I can’t find anything like it on Google.

I don't want to freak you out but I have seen something very similar to that on the underside of pieces of wood that I lift. I think is some sort of larvae/eggs.

Edit: I just saw @Eggcessive already said this... It looks like fly eggs. If you Google, you'll see the similarity.

No, that could be some type of fly larvae that may have been laid after she died. I don’t think that it is canker or wet fowl pox which can cause yellow gunk inside the beak. I will tag @Wyorp Rock, @coach723 and @azygous for an opinion. Sorry for your loss. Here is a link with a picture of canker for comparison:

Thank you, I started giving her the necropsy approximately 9-18 hours after death. I have stopped because yellow jackets came. 😑 I’ve never done this before we’ll see if I come up with anything

No I didn’t. It does look like fly larvae. Man they are fast to lay eggs aren’t they. I did the necropsy but didn’t see anything :/
