Warren looking permenantly constipated

New to chickens 4 months ago and all been ok up till now.
I have a hybrid warren who is 8 month old but is looking tired, slow and has laid her egg outside in a quiet spot away from the rest of the group (5 others).
Her tail feathers are permenantly raised and looks in discomfort.
Anyone got any ideas whats wrong/up with my hen?? X
