Owlpw said down, wrapping her tail timidly around her paws. "Yes, Sagestar?" She murmured quietly.

"Care to explain?" Sagestar's voice was gentle, but the air in the den was tense.

"Well... I was out hunting, and I ended up in ShadowClan territory," she confessed. "I was really hungry, so I ate the first rabbit I caught there. Then I went to Twolegplace and got lost."

As she talked, Sagestar's ears flattened. "Do you realize, we just fought to protect our territory from Shadowclan?!" She spat, leaning forward.

"And why did you not come to help?!" Sagestar's voice was a low screech. She trembled with anger, but soon stopped. She forced her voice calm, and her eyes to lose their murderous glare. "Owlpaw. At this time, we need all the prey we can get. That rabbit, could have been fed to one of the queens, so that they can nurse their kits who will someday be strong warriors; or possibly the next leaders of the clan. It is essential that we hunt for the whole clan, and not for ourselves. Understand? Good, because next time you break the warrior code, you will be punished."

"Yes, Sagestar," Owlpaw replied quietly.

"Now, go make up for that rabbit." Sagestar meowed, and began walking from her den.

Owlpaw hurried out, padding calmly to the Twolegplace.

Patch slunk through the bushes, following Owlpaw at a safe distance. He had seen her around, and recognized her scent. He wondered what a clan cat would be doing in Twolegplace.

Once at the Twolegplace, she padded through a maze of small Thunderpaths, searching for something. Reaching a twoleg nest, she hopped up on the fence and jumped down. She made her way towards the door and let out a long, loud yowl.
