Shadowkit wailed, flopping onto his back. "That's enough Shadowkit, Hailkit." Silverstream said sternly. "Play nice." Shadowkit humphed, sitting down.

Shadowpelt dipped his head, padding silently inside. His eyes soon grew accustomed to the darkness and he saw Maplestar's figure. "Yes, Maplestar?" He asked, sitting down.

(Haha, I agree. ;)

"Aww!" Hailkit whined, earning him a stern thump on the back from Cloudbreeze's tail. "Hey!" He whined, looking up at his mother, who gave him a stern look.

She made sure that no other cats were around as she spoke. "So, did she kit?" She asked. There was no anger in her voice or her eyes; in fact, there seemed to be a note of sadness deep within her as she spoke...

Only she has one blue eye on the ginger side.

Silverstream smiled at Cloudbreeze, before poking Shadowkit closer to Hailkit. "Just play gentle, alright?" She asked gently. "Otay." Shadowkit mumbled.

"Wha-what?!" Shadowpelt cried, his voice low. Deep within he knew Maplestar had known, he had just been denying it. "I don- I'm not-" He fumbled for words, before hanging his head.

Hailkit sulked for a minute, before lunging at Shadowkit with a roar. Cloudbreeze shook her head.

Maplestar put her tail on his shoulders comfortingly for a second, before wrapping it around her paws. "I know you've been seeing her, Shadowpelt. I've known for a while now," she meowed quietly. "You don't need to fear, I won't stop you from seeing her."

Poisonpaw growled impatiently. She stood up and looked at Cederfur expectantly. Reedpaw looked at she mentor.
