Swiftclaw shook his head. "It'll take two days to get there and back, and we'll probably miss her. You'll have to wait until she gets back, but we can escort you to our camp."

"What if we sprint there day and night?" She replied.

"I don't know.." Shadowpelt whispered back, his ears flattening. "Lets wait and see."

Sagestar nodded, her eyes blazing. "All I wish to say, is that the cat who is doing this, will pay. Even if it is from my own clan." She narrowed her eyes at her clan. Looking at the other cats, she nodded, telling them to continue.

Owlpaw shrunk back; the look on her face screamed guilty.

"Prey is running well in ThunderClan," Sorrelstar meowed. "We have four new apprentices; Maplepaw, Bluepaw, Nettlepaw, and Leafpaw."

"Leafpaw! Maplepaw! Bluepaw! Nettlepaw!" The cats yowled. Maplepaw and Bluepaw held themselves high, while Nettlepaw and Leafpaw ducked shyly.

"We also have four new warriors; Darkstripe, Crookedfoot, Blackcloud, and Riverfall."

"Darkstripe! Crookedfoot! Blackcloud! Riverfall!"

"Still, no way. We have to cross the Thunderpath, we need traveling herbs... it's just too far. She'll be back by tomorrow."

Owlpaw shrunk back; the look on her face screamed guilty.

Poisonpaw couldn't believe this. She will kill anyone! Sometimes, Sagestar got on her nerves at the gathering. There was much tension between the clans. Poisonpaw looked at her sisters, with flaring eyes.

"Herbs? I'm built for speed." She smiled.

"No," Swiftclaw meowed firmly. "She will be back by sunhigh tomorrow."

Poisonpaw started running to Cedarfjrs side immediately, wanting to train and become a warrior more eager than the others. Ivyfur ran up by her side as well as Reedfur.

"By the will of StarClan, this Gathering is over," Sorrelstar announced. "May StarClan light your paths."

Sagestar dipped her head, leaping down from the greatrock. She flicked her tail to her clan, and began to sprint away back towards came.

Shadowpelt weaved through the passing Windclan cats, toward Riverclan. He purred with delight when Silverstream met his eyes. She smiled, looking around. Troutfur scented another male cat nearby, and stiffened. Must be Shadowpelt. He thought, his blood boiling.
