Maplestar was fighting a tortoiseshell she-cat. The she-cat Dawn was fighting kicked up at her abdomen when she (the rogue) was pinned, hoping that it would save her life.
Dawn yowled in pain and sprang backwards, hissing and swiping a paw at the she-cat.

The she-cat growled as its ear was sliced open. Spitting angrily, she lunged for Dawn with unsheathed claws.
Dawn sprang at her but knew the fight was a losing one. She locked her paws around the cat's neck and tried to get her claws past the fur.

The cat shrieked as Dawn's claws dug in deep, kicking and thrashing wildly just to try and get away. Her pupils dilated as her mind focused on one thing: Survival.

Specklefur licked the head of one of her four kits, suckling at her belly. Shadowkit and Ebonykit, she thought. Ebonykit was like a tiny copy of her father. Specklefur purred, but wished that Troutfur could be here too, sharing her happiness.
Troutfur waited at fourtrees, swishing his tail nervously. Specklefur hadn't come in days. What if she had been caught? He froze stalk stiff when another thought came to mind. What of she had had the kits?! Panic rose within him. Was she alright? Who was taking care of her?! He sprinted toward the Windclan border, his paws barely touching the ground. Skidding to a halt at the border, he narrowed his eyes looking for the camp. Oh course he couldn't see it, but still he looked in that direction. Oh Specklefur, I pray to Starclan that you are alright.

Then it suddenly occurred to her: She was supposed to meet Troutfur today! "Mouse dung!" She hissed as she saw the sun. Past sunhigh. She was late! She looked around, and when she saw no one, she breathed a sigh of relief. "Hey, kits!" She called to her four kits.

'Yeah, Specklefur?" Ebonykit mewed, bounding up to her mother.

"We're going on an adventure today," Specklefur mewed, trying to sound excited.

Shadowkit gasped. "Really?!"

"Yep!" Specklefur grinned, "come on!" She began leading her kits down the moor, towards Fourtrees.

(You can have two of the kits, if you'd like.

Dawn fought harder and snapped, yowling at the cat.

The cat's movements began to die down slowly. A pleading look flashed in its eyes, before they glazed over.

Dawn looked at the cat's eyes and sighed sadly. She was a skilled fighter, yes, but she never felt good about killing her opponents. She looked at the cat and, deep inside, pondered what to do next.

Around, the fight was beginning to die down as the rogues fled. The motionless forms of Maplestar, Silverstripe, and Rainshadow were taken to the medicine den first; they needed to be looked at immediately.

Thunderclan-

Vipertail wandered into his new clan that was still foreign to him since he had just become apart of it. It seemed like he had been in the clan for almost a Moon, though he had only been there for almost half a Moon. He ventured into the camp with a small thrush in his jaws, as he walked through the clearing he shook his spotted-African coat to rid himself of dust. He dropped his catch at the freshkill pile and did not feel hungered at all, so he went on to sit outside of the Warrior's den and groom.
