This problem have been going on for a while, before I wouldn't have this problem, but now I am getting frustrated. This things start in the eye or on the beak very small then they get huge get infected some pullet recover some get seriously infected to were the eye gets puss. I am gona have to cull a 6 week old chick because it looks nasty since I believe there going to be carriers I dont want to expose my adult flock. I want a happy healthy flock not a sick flock. How would I treat and prevent this?

How have you been treating them? Can you post some more photos, especially of the one you are going to have to cull?

Looking at your other threads, it looks like you may be dealing with Fowl Pox, which if it's the dry form, will usually resolve itself in several weeks. If there is pus in the eyes or lesions inside the beak/throat or they have respiratory symptoms then you may have Wet Form Fowl Pox or possibly a respiratory illness with complications. To help with eye infection you can apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin or similar.
After Fowl Pox has run it's course, chickens build a resistance. It can be spread through shared water and sloughing off the scabs, but is commonly spread by mosquitoes. There are vaccines available if you live in an area that has a lot of mosquitoes.
Keep your water stations cleaned and sanitized - good information and instructions are found here: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2015/07/fowl-pox-prevention-treatment.html

If you have vet care, that is always best.

This particular pullet you posted a photo of - it could be Fowl Pox, but the scab almost looks like injury. You may want to watch to see if they are pecking at one another and cover any sharp edges in their housing with tape to eliminate getting cut.

Thats alot of amazing info thank you!! Here are some pictures of the other sick bird. I got from work midnight went straight to the chick rinse her eye with warm saline water then soak with a cotton her eye open
Just a bit. The beak wart got tender started to peel and finally fell of. I was scared she would bleed to dead but didn't.

Poor dear, I would try to get some Terramycin eye ointment to apply to the eye. Hopefully it will start to get better soon, if not you may need to see about antibiotic treatment to help with secondary infections. If you have a vet that would be good.

Encourage her to drink, poultry vitamins every couple of days and some extra protein may help give her a boost.
