Wart like and others on face

Hi, yesterday I noticed a wart like lesion on the beak of one of our chicks ( 7 weeks silkie ) and by checking its mother she has kind of it around her face too, this is the only chick she has and they are both isolated from the rest of the flock which seems to be free of them. What is it and what can I do? Thanks

Thanks a lot! I reviewed your links and I think thats it, I have bird feeders next to the coop, maybe thats the reason. I will better start vaccinating new chicks.
