Two weeks ago I bought 6 pullets at Atwoods, three 'white' chickens, a sex link and two barred rocks. They are all doing well and growing and growing. Of the three white chickens two have a more developed comb than the third. Here is a picture of two of the little darlings. It's so hard to get them to stand still for their portrait, but you can see the difference in the combs. What do you think? Is it too soon to tell, since they are only about 3 weeks old?

Also, what breed do you think the 'white' chickens might be?

Thanks for your help!
Tina

X2 you have a white leghorn rooster with that comb at three weeks

Anyone want two roosters?

I'd wait a little while and see. Leghorn hens can get combs pretty early. I'd wait until 6 weeks or so and see how things look then.
