Was told roo, roo or pullet?

I was told this chicken was a rooster can anyone confirm whether it is a rooster or pullet? 15+ weeks

It looks like a pullet because I could only see one possible hackle feather that looked pointy, and it's quite hard to tell in picture. There seems to be no cape forming by where the neck feathers fall. There is no pointed saddles. Comb and waddles has little color and is generally small which is a good sign for pullet at this age. I don't know if this chicken has sex-specific feather coloring. However, the coloring is slightly spotty and less even. Legs do look on the smaller side. Only feather I'd be worried about is the slightly curved long one that seems pointy on the tail. If anyone can point out something else please tell me since I'm always learning.

For me it's the small pale comb and wattles. If it were a male the comb and wattles would be large and red way earlier than 15 weeks, typically around 8-10 weeks.

Don't be alarmed when they start getting redder in a few weeks, it just means she's maturing and getting ready to lay/be bred.

All of the above. Comb and wattles are way too pale for a cockerel that age. Even those who mature later all have that one thing in common. The picture isn't clear enough to say for sure, but I see no pointy hackle feathers. No dangling or pointy saddle feathers or other boy feathers on the rear end. But the thing that clinches it for me is her stance, sort-of angled forward and down rather than upright.

Even as chicks you can sometimes see it, but as they approach sexual maturity it becomes very obvious.
