We are selling our big brown eggs. Should I be washing them before I put them into the egg carton or should I let the customer wash their own eggs.

I personally don't wash ours, I just use a paper towel to remove as much poo or shavings as I can. I only wash it right before I use it if there's still a bit too much dried poo left on it. Washing it will remove the "bloom" and thus shortens how fresh it stays.

We have little labels on our egg cartons. Should we tell them that they shoud wash them before use.

CYA!

Absolutely, I'd mention these are unwashed to preserve the bloom and should be washed before use, keep in container until use, etc.
