Washing Hatching Eggs

How do you wash dirty eggs for hatching in a way that doesnt decrease the hatchability very much? Thanks

I wish I knew - I am not a hatcher, but there is a sticky on hatching waterfowl eggs. The Sticky Index link is in blue letters at the top of the Duck Forum.
