I wont be there but talked to Jim Volk who was trying to wash his large fowl white rocks in the snow the other day. Said he had a room outside heated up to 80 degrees. I use to live there and show at the fair grounds. Remember Vern Sorenson who died this year. He use to take me to the shows in Wash and Oregon as a kid. Have fun. bob
If anyone wants to trade cell numbers, just PM me! I've met a couple of these folks already and have a few numbers in hand.
Hope to see some of you there!
Anyone else planning on selling anything there? I'm looking for excellent type black LF Ameraucana or Bantam BBS/Mottled/Lavender Cochins. PM me if you have some!
I also have 2 LF Lavender Orpington Cockerels (6+ months), 1 LF Lavender Ameraucan Cockerel (3 months) and 2 Crele OEGB Cockerels (6 wks) currently for sale. I'm not showing at this show so I can't technically sell them AT the show, but if anyone is interested, please let me know and maybe we can meet up in the parking lot. I'm not planning on bringing them unless I have them paid for before I drive down there. They are all listed in the Auction sections.
My name is also Jen. I will be there Sat and Sun, as I am an exhibitor. I will not be bringing the runners since I haven't had interest, and it will make my car a little less crowded.
Just a reminder, Washington Feather Fanciers Cascade Spring Show March 19th
Catalog will be complete and available for download via our website soon!
Print a flyer and spread the word, looking forward to seeing you all and the ones we missed in December again soon!
We will have our raffle table set up, bring some goodies for the raffle!
Also we are planning for another Adult, Started, Chick, Egg Auction to help fund the show.
I am setting some eggs to hopefully get hatched in time to donate chicks to the auction to help fund the show, if you have good quality birds laying and can spare a few chicks or eggs, bring them along and donate!
See you soon!
Hmmm, that stinks:
