cup of coffee
Try avoiding weird oils....if the oil is something I can handle, I'm fine with it...and pure Canola or Olive Oil is fine for me......everything else does exactly what you are referring to, maybe even more explosive.

I steam potatoes in a bag in the mic for 10 minutes at level 6........then I grate them, and put them on the griddle with Canola oil....................til super crispy !

Corn oil blows me out of the water, and every other does almost as bad,,,, and all of it is due to engineered crops.

One of my issues is reading labels...and any product that has weird oils in it is NOT going in ME...............

Help! My 6 week olds moved outside yesterday. They have a heat lamp in thier coop.
My 4 week old went out to the coop for a visit today and loved it.
Tonight When I tried to get them to bring in they didn't want to come in. I will let them stay outside now with the big girls.
Ok, this is the question: I have a bit of a runt. Thimbleina is tiny, scrawny and tend to be a loner. I'm fearful of putting her out with the big girls in the coop.
Right now i have her in our house. She spent the evening sleeping on my chest.
What do I do with her????

you are doing it with her !
I have a Thumbelina too...but she has a heated crate...

We've had a sudden uptick of rodents the last month. Making me so mad.

Athena and Zeus got 3 adults today and injured another 2. Hopefully they die from the bites.

Found three nests. One during the daylight. That's how we got one. She was giving birth. That's a good chunk of pests that won't be causing more problems.
Spring thaw....all these months the bastardos have been breeding deep deep down in their holey-holes...and now they venture forth...so now is when you need to deal with hybernating rodents and other critters who are suddenly up and awake and very hungry...watch out for black bears too!!!!!!!!

Thank God we have no grizzlies here abouts !!!!!!!

I save all my bacon grease for frying. I have one of those metal cans for it with the seive in the top. Coffee filter fits perfect in there so no bits in the fat.

I end up using olive oil most of the time, though, since we don't eat a ton of bacon.

My figuring is that if a person couldn't reasonably separate or press the fat themselves at home, we shouldn't be eating it. Very few things give large quantities easily.
