Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

Definitely fewer eggs. Only got 4 yesterday out of 8 layers. A few more hens have started molting, and most of my young pullets haven't started laying yet. Red flag warning issued for Pacific county. We were supposed to have rain move in today, but it's turning out to be more of a lightning storm.

We have no signs of a storm rain or lightening my ameracauna are starting to look like 4 boys 7 pullets which is perfect in my view kinda picked one to keep now also he is the one that steps up to front all behind him so will take him to the cockerel coop very soon get his wings clipped before hand.. really looking forward to Silkie time also really looking forward to broody hens

I was hoping that you Washington people could help out.

I have a friend down there, who just lost her daughter (missing since yesterday morning).

Someone just told me that the info has been posted on the news?

Her name is Lily Nauman.

East Grays Harbor county....cars covered with ash.

EDIT.....should have said ash falling, not covered don't want to give the wrong observation. Its sort of like that fine ash that those of us who were around during Mt. St. Helens will remember. Very fine and my wife black car has little grey ash spots all over it now.
