Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

DUCKS: Ok....so I cleared out a good 1/4 acre back behind my main property and there is a nice 30x30 stream fed year round wild pond down there. I thought it would be a nice place for a couple of ducks that need a home. I don't know anything about ducks, but it looks like a nice place to live if I was a duck. My chickens are already marching down the hill trail I made so they would have chicken company. Along with Barney the wonder dog who oversees everything.

If anyone near Montesano has a couple of adult ducks they want to get rid of that would fit into this environment let me know. Tom

EDIT: ....A FEW HOURS LATER......the grapevine is strong here. Thank you who PMed me with leads.

Sounds like you have a great area for them actually @theceltichorse in Lacey is selling ducks I will send her a text as she is busy selling real estate these days

Is anybody else’s girls molting again? All of those who were going to molt did it this fall but with the change in weather I have a whole bunch that are molting again. So far all of them were girls who did it in the fall. My leghorn is not molting as much as she did in the fall; she is a hard molter, but her whole neck and tail feathers. I feel terrible for them.
