30 days?? Geez from flood to fire in a week huh? I have to say I’ve enjoyed not watering but the grass is out of control here.

Ya I agree but honestly so much water in the chickens yard take that long to dry it out ...
may through some seed down while it is so wet see if I can get something to grow

I'd candled eggs under one of the broodies that was sitting last week. Only one was growing and I feared for it so I finished it inside. It hatched yesterday morning. I think it's a blue partridge from the looks of the down. I don't have many of those so that is good.
