We

have moles and voles very interesting read on how they are different

My dogs dig up moles occasionally. Voles they love and fight over the right to eat with the cats. Voles are also very dumb and slow. My fat, asthmatic butt can chase them down and catch them. I've done it before.

Do you rent out your dogs? Lol. My DH would have a cow if they dug up the yard. Our dog (RIP) used to dig but never caught one. Cat has caught voles, mice, and rats.

LOL. Just encouraged them.

Athena is teaching Hermes who is a puppy. She's old and has a degenerative spinal disease and a thyroid problem. She's been trying to act young and be a good teacher. She's convinced him that herding is boring and killing rodents is the thing to do. Our dog that died a year ago also was good digging moles.

Athena will steal voles from the cats when they are eating them. I mean the cats actually start chewing faster if they see her coming because she will just take it.

Our Maremma Sheepdog, Snow has a cat Bob she is bonded to.
They love each other, Bob is our last outdoor kitty.
This is the two of them sleeping on a pet bed she has.
