Another option for lice/mite control is elemental sulphur, 99% pure powder. The chickens can be dusted at night on the roost, or a bag of it can be hung somewhere that they'll brush against it as they pass by, like in a doorway. It can be added to dust bath areas too. I bought a bag on Amazon.

Now that is new one to me never heard of it before.
Does not make it bad may give a go when the rain stops for a few days.
I did slept till 10:30
Wow I slept in bad like First cup let dogs out at 7:30 felt tired went layed down.
Went let birds out put feed in the feeders and started a fire.
I did bring the pot to share.

Today is sunny and still snow on the ground. I may go outside and pick up pinecones off the lawn. I know winter in WA has been long. My DH went to LV for business couple days, and I stayed home with hatching LO, (16) He said it was super windy there. Hmm being in the wind or home hatching chicks? I go for the chicks.
