I have gotten my tail in gear made banana bread gonna have a slice when it comes out.
I have no patience for the Doctor that makes one wait.

Well, I wasn't waiting for the doctor to show up, but for my appointment time to come up. The scheduling wasn't done very well, but OHSU is a busy place so you get what you get.

okay so here is where I am with BigUms i am done he is an absolute jerk he escaped the Batchelor pad we made up lesson learned and went after one of our barred rocks relentlessly i locked her down to keep him away from her and he just keeps attacking the cage that she is in. I can tell this is not gonna stop until he kills her!!!! he has ripped all of her head feathers out and pecked a hole in her head that's bleading like crazzzzy. (its now stopped by the way) he is locked down in a dog crate so he can't get out but thats no life and he is no gentleman by no means. he has not done this with any of the other girls just her and she is not even the top of the order. not the bottom just somewhere in the middle - thinking chicken soup what are your thoughts yes he is just 8 months old but showing his true colours i think.

I'd cull. I don't put up with that even from hens, much less roosters

I agree...you have to always think of the flock and not get too attached to one chicken, no matter how much hope you had for him. Or you can permanently home him separately, like I do Cooper, but it's not great for us, and he is certainly not his happiest self. So, I say, if you can...cull him.
