had to look up these D'anvers they are quail... on another note  I HAVE NOT JUST ONE
BUT TWO ROOSTER'S

Towo roosters. That might be OK depending on how many hens you have. I have 12 hens and I would have a rooster if I could but they are going to outlaw them very soon here in town. Roosters can help protect your flock.

New chickies! We found a local d'anvers breeder and got some self-blue babies. For big chickies, we're going to put those anti-pigeon strips up on our front fence to try and stop any perching/escape ideas.

I love that color.

Probably an Olive Egger. My boys from that batch would have saddle and hackle feathers by now. The Olive Eggers were a bit younger, weren't they?

Well, there's not always a guarantee you're just going to get hens. Got to have a plan for The unexpected roosters. Maybe somebody on here will want them. Or you could give them away in town.

yes by about 3 weeks and it is for certain those peep are developing little cheek puff now
it is so darn cute the pullets love to follow me the roos do not.. the chest bump yesterday
it was shocked me most
