I had a silkie hen once that crowed with the rooster. Only to demand morning treats.

Quote: There will be no time till Monday then the my BF will wack his head off
the key to that is finding him.. the coloring is that of a barred darn snot
only time you really see it is at night when they roost we were just talking about this
we will off him monday night stick him in the cooler then skin him Tuesday morning

Not sure exactly what caused the issue. I was having issues with unshelled pumpkin seeds, commercial bread, and most but not all starches. I actually gained weight over the three weeks because an empty stomach was to painful to deal with. And I went through a lot of Pepto. I was about to give up and book an appointment on this past Monday because the symptoms were mimicking a peptic ulcer. Friday was my worst day by far and Saturday I was nauseous and in pain. So other than the Pepto I had only milk and meat to eat that day since I know those don't cause me issues. Sunday I felt better and added in the veggies I know are safe and didn't need the Pepto. That is what I've been eating all week and I'm feeling fine now. Just ate a bit of french bread. We'll see how this goes tonight.

My stomach issues started with H.Pylori (sp?) so you could get tested for it. I let the stomach pain go for so long I ended up with ulcers. It has taken over a year on stomach meds and now that I am off the meds I am getting symptoms again but not as bad.

French bread from Winco is a no no for me.

The pink bottle is not supposed to be a beverage.

So I'm trying to decide if a chicken vs dog Battle Royale for the rest of the bread would be amusing enough. Athena never gets any, but Zeus is faster than any chicken when it comes to food.

Why yes I do run my own barnyard Hunger Games. The battle over left over broccoli always cracks me up because the chickens really don't want it but they will grab anything I toss out. The dogs love the cooked broccoli.

Needing homes for our Bantam Roosters. Ok after something sparked our interest in wondering about having roosters here my husband did some researching the laws. Oops. Before we get in legal trouble these little guys need to find homes. Would love for them to go to 4-H homes if possible. If not atleast a good home, they don't need to go to the same home but they do get along fine. As you can see, very friendly with my girls. We are in Bonney Lake, WA. Pierce County laws say we can't have roosters on less then 1/2acre & of coarse can't move for another 2yrs. I just don't want to get in trouble even though no one is complaining yet, I just don't want a surprise knock at my door from AC like a friend of ours did.

Both were bought from Tractor Supply in March 2016 as just a few days old. The Barred Rock Bantam really takes care of his flock. The Rosecomb really has lots of personality, he is alot of fun. He's one I really wanted to keep but we can't. Both are very friendly.

This is Stripes, Barred Rock Bantam

This is Little Foot, Rosecomb Bantam. I love his crow, sounds like a squeaky toy lol. Our Belgian d' Anver hen just hatched out most of his chicks so we have about 10 new chicks mostly from him.
