I've been raising some Swedish Flower Hen chicks this summer. Here are the 3 that I have right now. I love this breed for a number of reasons, and high on the list is the incredible diversity of coloring. It's like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates, you just don't know what each one will look like when it feathers out! Like Ameraucanas, this breed follows the Blue/Black/Splash coloring, but with a lot of added twists and turns. For instance, all 3 of these are called "blue based".
I took these pics a few days ago at 5 weeks. I think there are 2 cockerels and 1 pullet. Sadly, I lack @Hinotori 's wonderful photography skills and they generally refuse to pose for me.
This is Coco, the single pullet (I think) and the only non-crested one of the group.

This is Sam (formerly the chick known as Sadie). This is one of the 2 I think is a cockerel and he's a crested Splash.

He and Hershey love to spar!

And this is Hershey, also crested and also a cockerel I think. In the past few days I've noticed his head has gotten more black. In person he's noticeably darker than Coco. I'd love to raise them all to adulthood, but crowing will not be appreciated by the neighbors I'm afraid.
