Does anyone on here have experience buying BBS ameraucanas from spring leaf farm? I am getting 4pullets and 1 cockerel from her this Friday and I want to know what I should expect.

I have never ordered from them but they look like the real deal. I order some of the BBS from my pet chicken a few years ago they were Ameraucanas but had very nasty temperaments. I hope yours turn out nice.

@Jraba1315 I have never heard of them either but looking at their website they claim to have birds from Paul Smith, Max Strawn, and one other breeder that I’m not familiar with. I know both Paul and Max have good quality birds. The photos I could find of their BBS seemed to be nice. They should give you a good start.

I think it was the ER visit to remove a rat tooth he doesn't want repeated.

I usually have a heavy layer of straw to control mud.

One of my elderly EE hens passed in her sleep last night. She'd been slowing for the last few months. She was curled up stiff this morning. Would have been 9 years February 1st. I still have 2 more left.

Don't you just hate it I do we just had put our Raudy our shelti x corgi he was roughly 19 as close as we could guess his back legs quit so we carried him in out 3 days then next morning he had no control of his front feet and could not stop shaking his head
