Mixed a meatloaf for dinner sitting in the cupbaord waiting

That sounds good! I made salad and we’re having leftover Italian sausage sandwiches. Had the grandkids today so that will have to do!

I spent it getting chicken food and doing the monthly trip to Trader Joe's and H-mart. Just a normal monthly trip that should have been done last week.

Mmmm... Trader Joe’s! I love their cheese! You can try different kinds but don’t have to buy a huge chunk.

We actually got a little sunshine today, I hope you all did too!

Yes! Sun for more than half the day! It was wonderful. Got lots of outside work done too.

You're nearly there when you go to Costco... You need to check it out, and the Hagens across the street!

They get in neat stuff. We get their fig bars for my hubby's lunch. They also have a nice 3 year aged balsamic vinegar that I prefer for salads at a good price. We try lots of different things.

Real fig bars huh ? ya know one of the gals on bakers thread posted a salad dressing she makes it is so easy but I love it so much it is now in bottle so I can use it all the time..
Post it here let you decide
Salad Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar
4 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp parsley
1 tblsp sugar
3 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic
4 tblsp fresh black pepper

So far this morning has been really nice! Took the chickens out for a bit and of course they beat feet to find puddles to drink out of.
