Washingtonians Come Together! Washington Peeps

What great photos you took!! Have you discovered what they all are?
Here's the spore print I took from one of the mushrooms. Looks like the spores are yellow, but I'm not sure. It's hard to see.

I think I have a Pacific NW mushroom book somewhere. But searching on the internet works too.

I got up on the roof today and spread around some Corry's Moss B Ware. Two cans treated my entire roof, $11 a can. There's not much moss up there, but some is starting to grow. Figured it would be good preventive maintenance to keep the moss in check.

I have had 2 good egg laying summers with my 8 hens. This is my first flock, so I am interested to see how much the egg laying will slow down next summer.

My wife and I are thinking about renewing the flock and moving the older hens to a seperate run for their retirement.

I live in Gig Harbor, WA. Does anyone have recommendations for local farms to get Black Marans?

I currently have:
2 barred rocks
2 blue saphires
2 olive eggers
2 easter eggers
