Hey good morning slept late again have a really good cup of coffee nest to me.

Had a toothache that started from working outside in the chill air when I couldn't breathe right. Pain was just one tooth yesterday and we picked up some orajel so I could sleep easier. This morning I look like a chipmunk. Originates from where I'd been putting the orajel.

Oops. Unknown allergy apparently. Benadryl taken. Tooth doesn't hurt anymore

I have never weighed a egg? does not mean I don't get some.
Makes one cringe for the girl that layed it.

I planted pea seeds and set out 10 small red Russian kale plants. Got 'em all watered in.

Baby chick are learning how the roost works they are now 2 weeks old haven't come up with names yet... but they are letting me hold them now with out freaking out....next stop out side visits they no longer need the heat lamp but they are in our house... will be a different story once they are out side as long as it's nice out thinking of letting be out for a bit durring the day.. not fully feathered yet so will have to see how it gose.

I planted some daikon radish seeds in a 7 gallon bucket full of potting soil. Nothing fancy, no self watering or wicking stuff.

Just a bucket, holes drilled around the bottom edge and filled with about a cubic foot of potting soil. I covered the bucket with a circle of floating row cover to keep the critters out.
