Well I was kept up lastnight by the sweet little peeping from the chick whos egg was pipped before I put them into lockdown. She hatched just after 1am. Then I woke up to many lil peeps, 4 chicks were out by 8am and now I have 6 hatched 2 zipping and 4 more pips! The eggs that have hatched were barred rock eggs and EE eggs. Really excited for some of my white leghorn eggs and my RIR eggs to hatch!
Thank goodness I did not shrink wrap that first chick and she made it out!

Congrats on the chicks!!!

This storm Hurricane Sandy is getting very interesting.........folks on the E Caost better tie their chookies down !

I intend to watch the Seahawks game, since I missed the last one...and not much else today due to monsoonal rain today.....maybe make a pumpkin custard (in Ramekins)

I also kinda can't waite for the Time change....it is annoying to have complete darkness at 8 A.M.
Hard on the kids at the bus stop too !
Some of them out here have to walk to their bus 'sheds' with flash lights.

Better 8 am than 4 pm on my book. I'm not a morning person.

Washington State has one of the most out of control CORRUPT people in an out of control expanded government to create jobs with the majority of the people involved couldn't hold down a REAL job as they would have to perform.
Being a contractor I have heard stories from home owners to contractors over and over year after year with simular stories as taken place in below article.
The below is just another example.

Remember this come election day when once again they asking you to tack on more money to your out of control property tax bill.

Until we all say NO MORE holding people accountable for how they spend YOUR MONEY nothing will change.
When you read this look at all the people with their hands out getting a piece of YOUR MONEY!
This is STEALING plain and simple.
If I stole from you I'd be not only out of work I'd be in jail.
These people have stole from all of us.

One person here had to be asked twice if he'd do it differently. That just goes to show you the mind set of the majority of these clowns who have held these cushy jobs year after year while the rest of us who perform REAL SERVICES helping people better their life can't afford health insurance because that is so corrupt also.

Until accountability with consequences happen democrats to republicans to what ever political party you want to name it means ZIP!
